Capitellio Capital Partners, LLC (Manager) will help structure many different investment opportunities, each with its own deal terms. In order to keep each Member fully informed, the Manager will provide written disclosure of each investment deal’s terms, which can be found in the Investor’s Portal, on their Dashboard under “Offering Documents”. It is possible that Manager may receive additional fees for specific deals based on the work involved in the deal. Those fees would likely include, but not be limited to success bonuses, finding deals, deal analysis, guarantee loans, putting up risk money, overseeing project management, bookkeeping, package preparation, coordination of service providers, acquisition fees, due diligence and/or financing fees, loan origination fees, loan servicing fees, marketing fees, or other types of fees. Manager will disclose all fees in writing before Member’s capital is allocated to a specific investment.
